Paul Coulter
Managing DirectorPaul Coulter is the driving force behind Eden Property Asset Management with a solid team of experienced in-house colleagues and expert external advisors. Always adopting the strategy, “know what you know, know what you don’t know.” Paul is looking to grow the team with proven asset management experts.
Paul has had an illustrious career in commercial property since 2002 as both a chartered surveyor at a leading Global consultancy as well as an entrepreneur. Paul co-founded Squarestone Asset Management in 2015 managing over 2 million square feet of commercial assets UK Wide, across three funds. The greatest achievement was building the highly successful Squarestone Growth LLP regional, primarily out of town office fund, from 1 asset to over 30 and selling to listed companies at a superb profit of a combined circa £250 million in 2021. A strong market sense, advice on when to invest and the foresight to know when to sell has been crucial to our success.
Stephen Kay
DirectorStephen Kay, a Co-founder of Eden, has worked in commercial property for 25 years, advising a broad spectrum of private investors, family offices, property companies, funds and institutions on acquisitions, disposals and asset management strategies. Every investment acquisition has to be supported by a strong asset management plan to deliver the best returns possible and this is even more relevant in the fast-changing world that we live in and we at Eden, know that we can add value to each asset we get involved with.
